Poquott Community Association

whoweareLeft

We are the only Not for Profit (501c) Village Organization that operates exclusively for the promotion of the common good and community spirit of The Incorporated Village of Poquott. Founded in 2016 by resident and Non Profit professional, Deirdre Cronin, this Association was created as a response to resident interest in an association focused on bringing our neighborhood together with activities and events that foster friendships, a sense of community and the overall betterment of our village. We are not a politically-driven organization but rather one who’s end goal is simply this: happiness and camaraderie amongst the residents of our unique and beautiful enclave.

Who We Are

We host several popular annual events for Village Residents to take part in and most of our events, such as The Lobster Bake, Movie Night in the Park and Community Yard Sales are family friendly events with specific areas of interest for the children of our community. We also run fund raising events for member-based areas of interest. In addition, we are involved in Village Clean Up Efforts as well as Charity Drives for both Suffolk County and resident-based organizations such as the Thomas Matthew Miloscia foundation. Our organization is growing and we are sponsoring more events every year. We thank all our current members for their generous support and invite all Poquott Residents to join in the great efforts and above all else, the fun.

PCA Event Calendar

Community Events

We are thrilled to report our Event Calendar gets busier every year. While most of our events are family-based for all residents, their extended families and friends, we do sponsor additional events that are geared more towards adults & seniors and some that are specifically geared towards fundraising for resident-specific interests or charities. Our events are based on resident input and feedback so if you have an idea for a new one, please share it with us! As a member, you will receive an e-mail announcement and priority enrollment to events before they are posted to our calendar but all residents are invited to take part!
